Surprisingly good wine; smooth and flavorful. Excellent fruit, rich dark berries and creamy spices with a slightly earthy and lightly tannic finish. The nose has a fresh but not very floral presence. The wine is sweet on the tongue and has a smooth and viscous texture. Overall terrific for the price. Maureen says "very drinkable, kind of medium bodied. I liked it."
