Apples, pears and honey. Light and crisp

This wine opens with soft cherries and sort of like dried flowers. It carries over with a smooth cherries flavors more like a baked cherry pie goodness feeling than tart cherry. There are some hints of licorice as well. This drinks quite nicely, albeit, a little too quickly. I do hate running out of something that I enjoy. I think this is a good value pick for an enjoyable glass of wine. Hope you enjoy.

Very nice medium bodied

So crisp it was almost effervescent. Bracing minerality with green apple and subtle white flower.

With grilled pork chops, steamed snap peas, and wild rice. Nice and light for a weeknight, fruity but not too sweet.

Peach 🍑 aromas with hints of honey, medium bodied with bitter orange and minerals on the finish

45% Roussanne, 30% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc and 5% Bourboulenc.
Enjoyed tasting this South French wine that has good balance of mineral and flavor. Would like to buy this again.

Rich but somewhat acerbic. Smooth with a small bite near the end. Pleasant while being neutral enough to go with most things.
