Very nice aromatic white Graves. Pineapple and citrus notes along with some herbal notes. The palate is very well made with a very strong acid backbone, some great width, and a soft mouthfeel with a bit of grip (I know it makes little sense but I can't put it better). Long and fresh citrusy finish. This is a great effort and it pairs very well with oysters
