Classic right bank merlot dominant nose with leather, cherry, meat juice and a tiny bit of oak and pine resin. The palate is quite concentrated, with goof width and length, some cherry and meaty notes all along, some tannins, yet gentle in the rear, adding a grain to the mouthfeel, before a long, fruity, umami finish with that grain and an espresso aftertaste. It's rather good!

Dark and red fruit and violet on the nose with a hint of oak. Dark ripe fruit on the palate, a hint of spice, maybe some pepper and some chocolate and nuts on the finish. Intergraded tannins and low acidity. You can feel the alcohol at 14.5%.
