Deep ruby. Medium+, developing aromas of raspberry, red plum, leather, baking spice, licorice, crushed stone. Dry, medium+ intensity, flavors of the same. More secondary/tertiary on the palate. Medium body, medium alcohol, medium acid, high tannins (very fine grain). Long finish. Drink now or hold. Fantastic quality wine.
