Can't really say one way on or the other on this. It was a 26 year old Bordeaux. It was corked. The cork came out in pieces and damp (but not stained?). It was an interesting experiment of a bottle that was given to me by someone that probably didn't store it properly. The color and smell was off. Taste was horrible. Glad I didn't pay for it. Unhappy that I tasted it.
