2018 vintage, beautiful deep color and firm structure, smooth in the mouth and nice finish. Paired today with grilled chorizo and flank steak, both marinated in a Korean soy/garlic/chili marinade. Perfect.

With roast lamb, braised cabbage with chorizo and mashed potato. Smokey, damson fruits, deliciously rich.
