16.5 2012. Syrah Carignan Mourvèdre. Deep ruby. Good concentration. Syrah dominates on nose, Mourvèdre on palate. Still fairly tannic. 14%, and you notice. But hold 3-4 years and this will be serious.

Corbiere won the 1983 national which was my first upset as a young punter - I was on Greasepaint. This bottle of juice is lovely especially when your tucking into chilli con carne.. It reminds me of a young Baroness, smooth, exciting and full of surprises.. Not a juice fest choice...@Delectablewine Delectablewine
