Fun wine. Very fruity and spicy in the after taste. Kinda started with strawberries and ended up with some black pepper. Organic. Maybe it's a good wine to store.

This organic wine is made in a 16th century Chateau and is a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Grenache. After about 30 min of decanting this wine displayed an impressive array of tastes that continued to evolve. It has a blend of stewed red fruits, dominated by strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and raspberries. Additionally it has musky truffle notes that add complexity and depth. The wine ends with a mild springy acidity that enhances the flavours rather than over dominating.
