Bordeaux Sauvignon

Easy drinking, crisp, tart

Acidic finish. May pair well with fatty fishes (Pacific salmon?) or poultry in a white sauce, but on its own does nothing for me except cause indigestion.

Too tart for me.

Apple flavors predominate this good Sauvignon Blanc. Quite acidic. One dimensional, maybe, but it is a nice dimension.
