Nice wine for evening meals

Currants , Cherry , tannins a little out of proportion with the fruit nice oak framing . Just a little reticence on laying this wine down the fruit won't outlive the tannins .

Rich color and flavor without a ton of complexity or fruit. I enjoyed his wine

Textbook in a lot of ways - with nose of leather, graphite, and a bit vegetal. Fruit is a bit subdued, tannins are firm, and it exhibits a bright finish.

Very good. Buy again.

Monte Carlo wine

Pretty blah. Not a fan. Disappointing. Really don't detect the cab, despite it being prominent in this blend. Alcohol coming through on the nose a bit. Otherwise roasted vegetables and maybe leather. Medium body. Has a tang on the finish that's not attractive.

I am studying those areas of France A ppellations and been able to find something affordable its always a treat.

Acidic and thin. No depth of flavor to balance the strong tannins.
