Oxydé, de la lourdeur. 2ème bouteille décevante. Se conserverait-il que 2 années ???

Rolle is the grape.. Switzerland and vermentino in Italy. Most of this consumed at the source.. nice treat!

Vermentino with a hint of Chard from an area just North of Nice. From the '18 Fr/It trip. We knew it needed time after tasting at winery. Yellow apple, soft minerality. Texture like a syrup thats been gently diluted. I like the less expensive non Baron G better but respect to this guy.
