St. Émilion Grand Cru Red Bordeaux Blend

Very nice older Bordeaux. Black fruit, tobacco, licorice. Long, “old wine” finish.
Good value.

Earthy, smooth, light on the tongue, with hints of blackberry and apricot

Very nice and well aged. Dried fruits on the palate with good acidity and low tannin

2006 vintage, very soft to the point that the tannins are not at all the first thing you notice. The wine is well balanced, fruity, and acidic. Easy to drink, paired with steak and chimichurri 😍
