Crushed silex rocks, a bit of rubber, hay, white peach, apricot... This is quite complex! The palate shows a relatively strong acid drive, some yellow fruits all along, a good width and a soft mouthfeel, some minerally notes too, almost a chalky layer, and some yellow fruits and tangy, almost citrusy notes in the rear. This is pretty good and the value is amazing at around 12 eur retail
