Nicely balanced, not much tannin. Doesn't keep well for 2nd day.

Light. Not much interest there. Not worth drinking, and much worse the next day.

Green pepper smackdown. Smooth and full bodied with fruit. No acidity or tannins. The perfect companion to a nice big bowl of pasta bolognese! Does not keep drink bottle in one sitting.
