I had this 8 months ago, and I think it deserves better than my first rating. Aggressive up front. It is pretty dark as far as fruit goes. A little green stuff (twigs and leaves), and leathery tannins. There is no metallic taste like in my previous note.

Aug 28th, 2026A decent value Medoc. Firm and robust. Dark fruit, plum and cherry. Leather and green leaves. Pretty tannic. It paired well with flank steak and chimichurri. Minus a point, though, for a slightly metallic finish.
