Very dark garnet, nose of wet earth with very dark fruit. Dry, good tannins, some earth, black plum, black cherry & blackberry too. Balanced acidity- best wine I’ve had at Maison Pickle- was really great with their short ribs in a bourguignon sauce!

Plums, dark berries. Slight earthiness like a Burgundy. Incredible complexity. Fruit on the front end and tobacco on the finish.
