Generic Bordeaux NV, but drinkable, inexpensive and gastronomic. Mostly Sauvignon Blanc, with its freshness and acidity - grass, lemon, with small addition of Semillon, which add some weight (medium body) and unripe yellow melon. Unoaked, simple but well done.
