Jun 23rd, 2021Classic Zin. The earth in St Helena has a lot going on and Chase delivers it nicely. Delicious dry farmed Zin classic flavors. Low key, smaller cellar if you prefer and I do. Nice people, nice view, nice wines.

Outstanding! Rich and smooth. Dark cherries, mocha, plums, blackberries, blueberries, and other yumminess. Paired incredibly well with chili. Should age for several more years. Nowhere near its peak. Awesome now, but oh, the potential!
