After a swathe of mediocre English sparkling this is a breath of fresh air! Nice, mellow colour of fresh apple pulp; nose of shortbread biscuits, fine cold-press winter-apple juice, and hints of freshly mown grass and lemon rind; well balanced and dosed, with appropriate acidity. Great stuff!
