Good and fun bubbles. For the geeks out there: barrel ferment, wild yeast. 2014. just over 3 barrels made. Dosage 2 grams. 6yrs before disgorgement. And it tastes like all of that. High acid, with a mellow mature old toast. Oxygen. White cherry. Baked apricot. Preserved lemon.
