Young, charged and super leesy. Chalk, wet concrete, seashell, red apple skin, raspberry, hints of toasted bread and nuts. Very austere at first, but more air reveals more red fruits and lovely mousse. Dosage and acid are in harmony. Excellent value in NV Cotes de Blancs.
