Bought 3/4 case without tasting as am mega fan of the chard this vintner makes. It’s shy on the nose & the flavor needs to be coaxed out, & experimenting w decants helps. Markedly on the light medium body spectrum, bouquet of violets, straw, & a minerally, light cassis flavor profile which gains in intensity w air. I’m a bit on the fence where I stand on it but trust this maker that investing in some time w these bottles will pay off. Now, it’s an enjoyable & intriguing bottle, especially for fans of Pinot & Beaujolais

Red fruits, acid medium plus, underbrush & wild berries on nose. With the age much tartness has been replaced by depth. Somehow has a stateliness about it- nothing rustic here. Just yum.
