Deep deep Crimson with a purple rim. From grapes grown in the up and coming area of Orange NSW. Quite rich and full bodied for a cool climate area. More plum than berry on the palate with coarse tannins. Highly extracted ripe fruit. Too much for a hot summers night in Australia. Drank over 2 nights.
