Casteller Trepat Garnacha Rosé Cava

I think it is pretty correct, but I hate this.

Trepat & Garnacha. Very good rose' cava. Meat quality. Good with cured meats and cheeses

This was one tasty Rosé and not even from Penedés. Impressed to say the least.

Not at all very exciting. Very dry, but not pleasantly so. Has a sour end note. However, I suspect that some people may love it.

Okay. Not thrilling. Zesty and effervescent but altogether not memorable. For the price it could've been worse

Excellent for a summer sparkling sangria.

Pretty heavy for a cava rose

Sweet, sparkling, fruity flavors. I ordered a glass at lunch today at TRATA, not expecting it to be bubbly. It reminded me of champagne without the dryness and I actually really liked it

Dry. Rose. Good bubbles.
