Terre di Cariano Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Corvina Blend

I am not a Amarone fan but this one is really good. Oak, dark cherries, cinnamon and a hint of dark chocolate. Taste fills your mouth with dark cherries, oak and the sweetness from dried grapes. I like it! Well made wine.

Medium-datk ruby with some viscosity; quite a pleasant large but harmonious nose of prunes, ripe plums, dried strawberries, and a mineral salinity; silky tannins on the palate, medium acid level, not grandiosely mouthfilling but elegant and refined and with hints of choclate and almonds in the very end.

Redneck: earthy same bottle only back@of label. really good.

Even for an Amarone. Delicious!

Excellent dark cherries and a clean soft finish.

I liked it. Tasted fruit, hint of dried fruit and spices. Short finish. Seemed past its prime- maybe because of poor storage. First time I have had this style and this winery. I looked up the 4 varietals for this wine - they vary. I look forward to more.

Ate with steak, has the slight sweetness at the end that I like from Italian wines
