Alpine Nebbiolo from Valle D'Aosta. Medium bodied and blood red. Creosote, cigar leaf, and red fruits. Fine tannins still working their in-never a polished wine nor should it be, and the way I prefer. Plenty of road left to develop in the glass or cellar.

Nebbiolo from Val d’Aosta. Super mineral and lots of tannins. Tar, dried roses, violets, tobacco, cranberry. Delicious.

Oct 20th, 2018Full of energy and lift, a great expression of high altitude Nebbiolo, with its freshness, high tone and bright berry fruits flavors. Fantastic with food but ideally needs another 5-6 years in bottle for tannins to fully integrate.
