Mountain whites for the win! This obscure Swiss grape has an amazing concentrated fruit and acid with a unique mint finish (but seriously in a good way). It's one of the booziest whites you'll find, but it goes down smooth and harmoniously. It could go wrong in so many ways but it doesn't.
