The next big thing? Saline, fresh, lemon and very slightly honey-d. Love this stuff. — 5 years ago

Pinot Noir de Vétroz Valais

What began upon opening as a disjointed blend of sour cherry and earthy funk focused into tightly structured Pinot Noir with a few days of air. At its best, tilled Earth, spice, and a persisting anise character. Worth the wait. — 7 months ago

Petite Arvine de Vétroz Valais 2010

Mountain whites for the win! This obscure Swiss grape has an amazing concentrated fruit and acid with a unique mint finish (but seriously in a good way). It's one of the booziest whites you'll find, but it goes down smooth and harmoniously. It could go wrong in so many ways but it doesn't. — 4 years ago

So bizarre but I dug it. Really savory wine. Smelled very herbal — 4 years ago
