Les Greilles Gaillac Loin de l'Oeil Blend

Really digging this. Ripe melon and mandarine, white flowers, honey, and a slight wet wool character that is reminiscent of Chenin. Bright acid, weighty on the palate, but not heavy, and loads of texture. Definitely the most interesting white I've had from Gaillac. Makes sense as it has the Rezin stamp of approval

Complex, golden, phenolic, herbal, fresh, yet a touch oxidative. Everything at once, in a good way.

Very interesting blend. Nose is almost all green apple. But palate has a ton of yeast and depth from that. Clean finish. Fun to try and certainly a good value.
