Spumante Pelaverga Rosé! Gorgeous dark salmon orange color. Light smoked meat on the nose with dried apricots. Extremely dry on the palate, plums, a little pomegranate, not particularly fruity. Acid level is medium. Nice change of pace, something unusual for the bubbles nerds.
