This is a surprising red. Surprising because it sparkles with a slight effervescence reminiscent of a rosé but with a much less mineral presence. It is deep ruby red which belies how light and refreshing it is. If you haven't seen this and want a great brunch wine or even a light red dinner wine, try it.
