Langhe Nascetta del Comune di Novello

I did not know this grape variety before this bottle. Nascetta is native to Langhe and was only revived in the mid 90’s.

Nose is quite aromatic and has somewhat unusual combination of peach, kiwi, banana peel, honeysuckle, light fresh herbs and hint of jasmine. Medium acidity and round mouth feel. Finish is clean but a bit short.

Can’t really come up with an analogy between Nascetta and other white grape variety.
