Lemon peel, crushed rocks, dried herbs, hint of pineapple and buttered toast. Malvasia/Trebbiano blend with racy acidity, slightly bitter pithy character and a pinch of baby fat. Classy Frascati, if not particularly memorable. Pour me a glass of this with some sea bass on a casual occasion and I’m quite content.
