A very dark rosé that could almost be a mix of a light red & white. A clean nose of red fruit with a light body tasting of sweet strawberry and some peach. Mild acidity and not dry. Really nice and works for much more than a typical rosé.

Jun 15th, 2024Translucent red rather than dark pink like a light cranberry juice! Nose of strawberry, raspberry & maybe tart apple. Closer to medium body than light, not like a typical rosé. Fairly smooth with some tartness and mild acidity. Nicely balanced with some minerality like ocean rock ending with a touch of salinity. Nice-
