Color: a nice light gold
Smell: ripe melon, honey, nice and floral
Taste: Honey, orange, fairly sweet, nice full body, but doesn’t linger too long has a quick finish, fairly crisp on the front end, Granny Smith apple but not necessarily sour
Opinion: nice full bodied white, stood up against some heavy chicken meatballs quite well. I really like the full bodied sweetness without being heavy.
