The first thing you notice is the chocolaty nose, followed by deep dark fruitiness, cherries, black currant and a plummy undertone. tannins are well-balanced as is the alcohol. A fine accompaniment to roast meats, complex cheeses and stews.

Easy and light. Good standard glass of one but not super remarkable. Nice balance but a bit fruit forward without much of a finish

Very dry. Not much sweetness. Good tanins and body.
