Yet another ripasso. Vibrant and bright on the palate, med-high acidity, bright red fruits - tart cherries, loads of it. Some herbacious funk (cinnamon and anise) towards the end of the Softer body than other ripassos with med-low tannins, mellows out gently without falling off a cliff, but also not particularly long-bodied. Definitely a much more elegant ripasso than a lot of the others I've had.
