Thick and super inky. Really dark and ripe black Berry, a little dusting of earth, and still some tannic structure. This would be very good with steak.

Mar 21st, 2022Nose of forest with dark red fruits and stones. Firm texture and acids with a bite on palate and surprisingly more than a hint of wood that almost throws it out of balance. ABV 16 but I don't feel the heat. AA7 like the Ripasso means nothing to complain about.
