Thick and super inky. Really dark and ripe black Berry, a little dusting of earth, and still some tannic structure. This would be very good with steak.

Nose of forest with dark red fruits and stones. Firm texture and acids with a bite on palate and surprisingly more than a hint of wood that almost throws it out of balance. ABV 16 but I don't feel the heat. AA7 like the Ripasso means nothing to complain about.
