"Tre Filer" is a unusual blend of botrytized Turbiana, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. These three grapes dance togheter in a vivid yellow wine. The parfume is peculiar with honey, overriped fruits, raisins but also a strong apricot. The acidity and minerality of Turbiana are still vivid but well balanced with other grapes and with typical sweetness of this kind of wines. Absolutely not comparable to best Passito, Muffato, Sauternes etc... but it's a good experience, anyway, for strong cheeses & desserts.
