Jan 26th, 2014A new release, from a single 10 hectares vineyard in Marcellise, eastern Valpolicella. It's on a basaltic plateau that gives great acidity and thus longevity. Drink it in 5-7 years.

Dec 16th, 2018This one cut my legs, as the Italians say. At 17% is has the density of a Vintage Port but without being syrupy or sickly sweet. Intensely rich and deep with fig and golden raisin flavored this is a big wine that somehow still retains a freshness. Wonderful bottle at the end of a dinner.
