A new release, from a single 10 hectares vineyard in Marcellise, eastern Valpolicella. It's on a basaltic plateau that gives great acidity and thus longevity. Drink it in 5-7 years.

Coffee and chocolate on top of dark cherries. Nice spice but not as intense as some Amarones I’ve tasted. Very good with our Nana’s Gravy with braised short ribs and tagliatelle
