Cubista Reggiano Lambrusco

Fun and festive summertime sparkler. Fruity and far from cloying, baked blueberry, Bing cherry, violet candies, plum, and incense.

This has become my favorite wine pairing of the summer. Goes so perfectly with mozzarella, tomato, basil and a rich balsamic, roasted garlic vinaigrette.
