Beautiful! Loved this with magret de canard. Great balance and complexity with youthful fruit paired with the cherries in the magret.

Slightly bricky garnet red in the glass. Tart cherry, cranberry, and peat on the nose. Smooth entry. Fruit seems to have given way to oak which dominates on the palate. Not as noticeable with food where it seems much more balanced. Bit of black vanilla finish.
