Warm and spicy, a touch sweet, spices are elegantly balanced.

Very interesting and complex light stout. Champagne style carbonation. Velvety chocolate. Added black pepper, vanilla, and tea are all distinctive. A bit on the thin side in terms of mouthfeel though.

Holy mole! I have never really found an imperial stout that I loved until this little guy. It's sourish too and spicy and lighter bodied than I had expected.

Swiss dessert: dark chocolate, hint of coffee, very bubbly (for a stout), maybe some peppery after after taste.
