ASTONISHING RED the embodies the best representation of this grape. Herbs, Apple and citrus with a Looooonggggg mineral / earthy finish that will transport you to the Atlantic OceAn... Sorry but I need to make a pause to enjoy the party of the senses .... There are good wines and also exceptional ones . This falls into the second group. If you ever run into one do not let the opportunity pass and indulge yourself ... Serve it ANY WAY you want it and will be good but around 11 Fahrenheit sounds about perfect.

Dry and light-bodied. White pepper, super herbaceous, delicately perfumed white floral notes. Aromas of bramble and cilantrillo. I could sit here and smell this wine all night.
