Lemon and minerals dominate the nose, while the acidity provides a ton of refreshment. It paired well with a vegetable korma as well as an avocado and pepper sandwich.

Just bottled about 40 days ago. One of the single best proseccos I've had. This will only get better once it sits in the bottle a bit longer and hasn't been opened 2 days after traveling across the ocean. Really special.
