Fresh and bright. Floral, and notes of apple and pear. Definitely some residual sweetness, but it pairs well with spicy food or salad.

Mar 26th, 2018Definitely on the sweeter side. Demi sec at least for sure. Pretty much what you'd expect from Gewurtztraminer. The nose is peaches and lychee. The palate is floral and peachy. Nice acidity, with a slight prickle. Definitely a perfect pair for spicy food.
