May 7th, 2016More restrained than other recent booker and saxums at 14.7%...its ok, but some cough syrup in the nose and palate, along with anise, blackberry, graphite...however its still at cellar temp on a pop 'n pour, will keep track as it warms and opens, and update the note.
2-0, and this has already opened for the better, picking up some syrah meatiness now, and the wood had faded into the background a bit, gets a couple point bump.
3-0 quickly, and still changing!
3-1, definitely much meatier now, hints of herbs and sweet florals
Big red helped 3 minutes in!
