Interesting nose of intense paso fruit, followed on palate black fruit, clean finishing tannins and extract. More up front less about length

A little slow on opening but got better. Not great and not too much depth but decent.

I have a corked bottle:( finding out 2 years after purchase is a real bummer. I know this wine can be great and that upset me even more😭

This wine is classic Chateauneuf du Pape. It has a light acidity from the counoise, and brings out bright red flavors. I would call this a palate pleaser; a great wine to bring over to a friend's or family's house.
